SWEET POTATO PIE

INGREDIENTS

- 500g of sweet potato

- 200g of flour

- yeast

- 5g of sodium bicarbonate

- three eggs

- 40g of sunflower oil

- 60g of brandy

- 200 ml of milk

- 100g of sugar

- cinnamon

TO COVER

- white chocolate

HOW TO DO IT

- Mix the flour, the yeast, the sodium bicarbonate, the sugar and the cinnamon in a bowl.

- Beat the eggs until foaming.

- Add the eggs to the mixture in the bowl and beat again.

- Add the other liquid ingredients and beat them.

- Add the sweet potato and mix.

- Spread a baking dish with butter and flour.

- Put the mixture into it.

- Place the baking dish into the oven for 60 minutes.

- Remove from the oven and cool.

- Decorate with white chocolate.
